With good efficiency, we are using 2D/3D CAD to design mould & die, CAM to do CNC machining, and CAE to simulate solidification processing. And, we are familiar with CMM, X-ray, Magnetic Powder, Fluorescent Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Rapid Prototyping.



In 2003, we are certified ISO9001:2000 by TUV. Accordingly, we have been keeping efficient management of Quality.



We take full chemcial testing on basic raw material, and also before pouring in casting workshop.  Mechanical testing could be done on bar as well as part. We supply material certificate, according to 3.1.B.



Dimensional report is supplied on all trial production projects, and also for batch delivery upon requirement.  



On pipe fitting, we take full pressure testing piece by piece.
